Written by on June 13, 2024

A Testament to the legend of 90s & 00s club culture returns to Australia and NZ in August and September.

UPDATE: Tickets selling fast. One Sydney show sold out. Less than 100 tickets left for shows in Auckland, Brisbane and Gold Coast.

After an incredible national tour in 2023, Ministry of Sound are journeying back to the underground with their biggest tour yet. Presented over two specially curated sessions (90s & 00s) across 7 cities, Testament celebrates the golden era of clubbing, taking over venues, clubs and warehouse spaces where dance music fuelled generations of unity on the dancefloor.

Featuring some of the most significant global names of the era, Testament dives deep into the music, the people, the places & the crews who made the 90s & 00s such an iconic era for all of us who know what ‘proper clubbing’ really means.

From Australia’s acid house infancy to the many reinventions of rave through the 90s and the peak of 00s nightlife, Ministry of Sound will be showcasing an iconic lineup of global legends, whose influence is woven into the fabric of modern club life. Headliners include the godfather of acid rave Danny Rampling (UK), house music pioneer Judge Jules (UK), and legendary DJ/producer Seb Fontaine (UK) – all bringing their 90s mastery.

Session Two celebrates sweaty hedonistic 00s dancefloors; with Dutch heavyweight Laidback Luke (NL), big room house maestro Mousse T. (GER), and English electronic dance music duo X-Press 2 (UK) taking the helm.

Adding to the lineup are a huge suite of local talent PLUS Ministry of Sound’s Australian legends – John Course, Mark Dynamix & Dirty Southwho between them compiled and mixed album titles which went on to sell millions of copies through the decades across The Annual, Sessions, Clubbers Guide and more. Joining the tour once again will be dancefloor favourite & party icon Minx.
